SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS -
While the Texas Legislature and cities around the state are poised to crack down on misclassification of employees, C3 offers an opportunity to get ahead of government in favor of a private sector solution. Adopters of C3 principles will have the knowledge and ability to compete on a level playing field while creating a workforce that is sustainable for years to come. C3 compliance will mean your company has an independent third party’s recognition that you are committed to the industry’s best practices.
Companies committed to C3 will jump to the front of the line for bids as more and more owners begin to demand their projects are recognized for construction that creates quality jobs in their communities. Craft training and safety training will mean lower costs in the long run as the turnover in your workforce decreases and workers comp claims fall.
