Adopters of C3 principles will have the knowledge and ability to compete on a level playing field while creating a workforce that is sustainable for years to come. C3 compliance will mean your company has an independent third party’s recognition that you are committed to the industry’s best practices.
Companies committed to C3 will jump to the front of the line for bids as more and more owners begin to demand their projects are recognized for construction that creates quality jobs in their communities. Craft training and safety training will mean lower costs in the long run as the turnover in your workforce decreases and workers comp claims fall.

Step 1. FILL OUT AN APPLICATION
a) Become an Accredited Employer by filling out the 4 page application and submitting the $1,500 fee. Download the application here.
b) Become a Project Participant by filling out the 2 page application and submitting the appropriate fee. Download the application here.
c) Download the C3 Accredited Employer Policy and Procedure Manual.
Step 2. ACCESS THE DATABASE
All Contractors on a C3 Project must register craft workers in the C3 Training Database. The Contractor will invite Specialty Contractors to the C3 Project by selecting the Specialty Contractor from the available list. To download the C3 Training Database Manual CLICK HERE.
